As the lead behavior analyst for All Children's Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine, I provide direct service to children and families as well as clinical leadership for the behavior analysis department. In addition, I conduct trainings, engage in research, and consult with the hospital acute care staff on children with challenging behavior who are staying in the hospital.
